dotfiles

my shell and editor setup. clone it to ~/src/dotfiles and run ./install.sh. it links everything into place and moves anything already there to .orig. safe to run again.

• zsh/: no framework. zshrc, zshenv, aliases, a few functions
• nvim/: lua, no plugins. lsp is built in now
• tmux/: prefix is ctrl-a
• git/: config and the global ignore
• ssh/: host names only. keys stay on the machine
• bin/: small scripts, linked into ~/.local/bin

anything for one machine only goes in ~/.zshrc.local, ~/.config/git/local or ~/.ssh/config.local. those aren't in here.
